Things You Need to Know

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. In-store purchases: 


In-store purchases can be returned within 14 days of transaction date.  Just bring your item back into store with receipt for an even exchange or store credit.  If item is listed as AS-IS, item is non-returnable.

Online purchases:

Online purchases are returnable within 30 days of item receipt.  Please check your item over for damages or flaws.  Items can be returned, free of charge, by contacting us for a return label.  Your original form of payment will be refunded once item is returned. 


If item is listed as AS-IS, item is non- returnable.

Items are shipped within 3 business days of initial order.  Items will be shipped and packaged in a safe manner and insured.  We do reuse boxes and packaging material when shipping to cut down on our impact to the environment.
